AD Leadership Consulting GmbH has been founded by Andrea Danner, a senior expert on leadership assessment and leadership development. A strong network of consultants from prestigious consulting firms and companies are supporting her in her endeavour. Leadership Assessment

Based on a focused assessment interview, including the Harrison Questionnaire and some other optional diagnostic tools, we gain deep insights on talents and their potential - for career development purposes as well as clear placement decisions.

We use our meta-perspective approach to develop a clear picture of the candidate. For different job challenges and different levels of seniority we choose targeted tools to understand the link between individual traits, preferences, competencies, motivations and future job performance.

Our competence lies in the integration of a deep psychological understanding of personalities with insightful knowhow of day to day challenges of different functions in different organizational settings and more than 15 years of assessment experience.

Leadership Coaching

We offer coaching in the areas of executive development & executive effectiveness, team development & team effectiveness as well as executive on-boarding for managers.

By understanding the challenge of the coachees' own role within the sphere of influence and by recognizing resources, competencies, potentials, and interests an action-oriented, focused coaching can lead to develop the span of possible behaviors and to achieve better effectiveness without changing the personality.
